One of the most frequent questions we get is how to properly take Keybiotics in order to ensure maximum effectiveness. While Keybiotics was designed to work no matter when or how you take it, below are some tips to help you get the most out of your purchase.
- After eating a healthy meal, take 1 capsule of Keybiotics. It’s up to you whether you take it morning, noon, or night, although we feel that taking it in the morning can have the biggest benefit on how you feel throughout the day.
- It’s best to avoid anything too hot or too cold when taking your Keybiotics. So, try to avoid taking them with hot coffee or any ice-cold beverage.
- Try to follow a high fiber diet when taking your Keybiotics. The fiber actually acts as a “pre-biotic,” giving the probiotics something to feed on inside your digestive tract. The more healthy food you provide your Keybiotics, the more pronounced the effects will be.
- Drink lots of water. As the Candida in your digestive tract dies off, it will need to be flushed away. At least 6-8 full glasses of water a day should be sufficient to accomplish this.
- Try not to skip a dose. Probiotics take time to build up in your digestive tract, and every dose you miss gives the Candida an opportunity to regroup. If necessary, set a reminder on your phone, or put your Keybiotics someplace where you can’t miss it.
